About Us
Who We Are
The Highlands-Douglass Neighborhood Association (HDNA) is a community organization overseen by a 16-member board elected by its members at the annual meeting. The board works to fulfill the mission and vision of the association. Members are residents of the neighborhood whose annual dues support publication of a newsletter, The Neighbor, the Old-Fashioned Ice Cream Social, the Big Rock Jazz and Blues Fest, and the Reforestation Program as well as other events and efforts.
